return & refund

1. No Standard Return Policy

 

Due to the artistic and unique nature of our products, NOISE Fine Art does not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Original artworks

  • Giclée prints

  • Derivative products

  • Custom orders

Each piece is carefully produced, securely packaged, and inspected prior to shipment.

 

2. Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at:
info@noisefineart.com

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the exterior and interior packaging

  • Your order number

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement (when possible)

  • Store credit

  • An exceptional refund

Original artworks cannot be replaced. In such cases, a refund may be evaluated based on the evidence provided.

 

3. Order Errors

If you receive a product different from what was ordered, we will correct the situation at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days, including details and supporting photos.

 

4. Processing Time

Once your request is approved, processing a replacement, store credit, or refund may take 5 to 10 business days.

 

5. Custom Artworks (Commissions)

For any custom order, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required.
Artworks created on commission are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

6. Digital or Downloadable Products

NOISE Fine Art currently does not sell digital or downloadable products.
This section is provided solely to inform customers that any future sale of digital files will be governed by a separate policy.
