1. Purpose of the Store

The NOISE Fine Art online store offers original artworks, giclée prints, and other derivative products featuring the artistic creations of NOISE.

Each product is presented with a detailed description, including dimensions, materials, and available options.

2. Prices

​

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), before applicable taxes.
Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated at checkout.

NOISE Fine Art reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders

​

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the provided email address.

NOISE Fine Art reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • An obvious error in the product or price

  • Exceptional product unavailability

4. Payment

​

Payments are securely processed through the platforms offered by Wix (credit cards, PayPal, or other available options).
No payments are processed directly by NOISE Fine Art; all payment data is encrypted and handled by our secure payment partners.

5. Shipping

​

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • The type of product (original artwork, giclée print, derivative product)

  • The shipping address

  • The time of year

​

A tracking number is provided when available.


NOISE Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, nor for customs fees or import taxes outside of Canada.

6. Returns and Exchanges

​

Due to the artistic nature of the products, no returns or refunds are accepted, except in the following cases:

  • Product damaged upon receipt

  • Incorrect item sent

  • Manufacturing defect (for reproductions)

In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at:

and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to determine the best solution: replacement, store credit, or refund.

Original artworks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Intellectual Property

​

All artworks, images, and content displayed on the NOISE Fine Art website are protected by copyright laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Personal Data

​

Data collected during purchases is used solely to:

  • Process your order

  • Provide customer service

  • Improve user experience

9. Deposits for Custom Artworks (Commissions)

​

For any custom artwork order (“commission”), a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit covers:

  • Concept development time

  • Preparation of materials

  • Reservation of a creation time slot in the artist’s schedule

​

The remaining balance (50%) must be paid before delivery or pickup of the artwork.

In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
In the event of exceptional circumstances preventing the artist from completing the commission, NOISE Fine Art agrees to refund the full deposit or offer an alternative date, according to the client’s preference.
